If you order a set worth US$93 (after all discounts), we will absorb shipping costs for US, Canada and Europe orders, via DHL Express Worldwide. Standard delivery times apply which is usually 3-9 working days. We find that most orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. 

Free international shipping above US$93 via DHL

Wherever you are in the world we'll cover your shipping for orders over US$93 (after all discounts), via DHL Express Worldwide. Standard delivery times apply which is usually 3-9 working days, although most orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. 

Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand above AU$100 via DHL

If you're based in Australia or New Zealand, no worries! For every order worth AU$100 (after all discounts), we will absorb the shipping costs for you. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days. We find that most orders are delivered within 3-4 working days! 

Free shipping to Southeast Asia

We absorb shipping costs for all orders from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, via our network of regional courier partners! Delivery times vary depending on market but typically arrive in 2-9 working days.

Order Tracking

Fret not, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order, which will allow you to track the location of your parcel (subject to the availability of tracking in each country). Duties and Taxes

Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited shipping, please let us know at contact@amber-swim.com prior to placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and will inform you if there are any extra costs which are to be imposed on you.

Order processing time

We process each order on the next working day after receiving each order. There will be no order processing on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the first working day after these orders are placed. We may need more time to process your orders during peak sale periods!

Backorders & Pre-orders

We periodically launch limited backorders for items which often sell out quicker due to popular demand, or pre-orders for items which are in the process of bulk production. We indicate backorder/pre-order availability on each product page, along with an anticipated delivery date. These dates are estimates and are dependent on our manufacturer completing your items in time and assuming there are no shipping delays. We'll do our best to ensure your items are delivered to you on time. By placing your order, full payment will be made upfront. If your order contains both backorder/pre-order and available items, your entire order will be shipped once the backorder/pre-order item is received. If you want to receive the available items first please place a separate order!
