RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, NO returns and exchanges are allowed for hygiene reasons. We understand that finding the right fit with respect to each style may be tricky, so please feel free to refer to our size guide for general guidance on fit. Please also feel free to reach out to us at contact@amber-swim.com should you have any questions.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we personally check all items for defects, we sincerely apologise for any damaged items you may receive which may have escaped our scrutiny. Please contact us and send us photos of the defect by email at contact@amber-swim.com within 15 business days from the date of receipt of such items and we will be happy to provide you with a new piece, subject to inventory availability and our review of each item on a case-by-case basis.

On a related note, please note that the rose gold metal Amber tags are delicately hand-sewn onto each item and as such, will have variances and idiosyncrasies in placement between items. These are inevitable and will not be considered defects by us.

Given the delicate nature of each item, please do take note of the hotpressed labels on each item for care instructions.
