Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We love it when you find your perfect fit! We also understand that sizing decisions while shopping online can be tricky. So if your swimsuit doesn't fit you perfectly, please drop us an email with your order number and reason for return to contact@amber-swim.com.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following:
- Items purchased during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale period or with a discount equal to or higher than 15% and all accessories (including scrunchies, ribbons, jewelry, socks etc.) are final sale. These are not eligible for any form of refund or exchange.
- All requests for returns/exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be new and in unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags and hygiene labels intact. We will only process returns/exchanges if returned products meet these conditions. Please remember to try on your swimsuit with your underwear for hygiene purposes!
- All refunds & exchanges will be offered in the form of store credit only, with a 3-month validity period.
- Please allow 2-5 working days for the processing of your returns once your items have reached us.
- For exchanges, once your returned product has been accepted by us and your store credit is issued, you may place a new order on our site.
- For items which are indicated on our site as being short on stock, you may wish to place your order first while returning your items to avoid disappointment, and use your store credit for other items later on.
- We only allow a maximum of one exchange per order.
- For orders where free shipping has been provided, the initial shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit. We will continue to provide free shipping in accordance with our shipping policy for your new order using your store credit!
- All related return shipping costs (including any custom duty taxes) will need to be handled by you.
- For U.S., Canada and European Union customers, let us know at contact@amber-swim.com if you need a DHL return shipping label for direct pick up from your address - this will typically cost a standard rate of US$22 (subject to your specific location), which will be deducted from your store credit once your return has been processed.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure a successful return/exchange.
- Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges of any items purchased online at any of our stockists.
DEFECTS & DAMAGE
While we check all our products for defects and pack them in secure packaging, unexpected damage may occur during shipping. Please contact us and send us photos of any damage at contact@amber-swim.com and we will be happy to provide you with a new piece, subject to return of the damaged item, inventory availability and our review of each request on a case-by-case basis. All damaged items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
Given the delicate nature of each item, please take note of the labels on each item for care instructions.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDERS
Due to the volume of orders we receive, shipping and order information is immediately sent to our courier teams once received to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible. As such, we are unfortunately unable to process cancellations of orders once received.
If you need to change your order details, please drop us an email at contact@amber-swim.com as soon as possible and we will check if we are able to help and inform you of any change fees applicable.
