Free shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines

We absorb shipping costs for orders from these locations (yay)! Standard delivery times are 2 to 4 business days (for Singapore orders) or 5 to 10 business days (for Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and PH orders) from the date of the shipping confirmation email. 

Free international shipping above S$130

With respect to other locations, we absorb international shipping costs for orders above S$130. For orders below S$130, we charge a flat shipping fee of S$10. Standard delivery times are 5 to 12 business days from the date of the shipping confirmation email.


We will provide you with a tracking number with respect to each fulfilled order, subject to the availability of such service in the country of destination. As you may appreciate, delivery timings are estimates and may be subject to delay and vary based on the country and city of destination. On our end, we will do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.

For non-Singapore orders, please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be paid by you upon receipt of your items. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

If you need expedited shipping, please let us know at contact@amber-swim.com prior to placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and will inform you if there are any extra costs which are to be imposed on you.

Order processing time

We process each order on the next business day after the date of placement of such order. There will be no order processing on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on such days will be processed the first business day after the date of placement of such orders.


We periodically launch limited backorders for items which sell out quicker than we expected due to popular demand. Backorder availability is indicated on the individual product pages, along with an anticipated delivery date. Such anticipated dates provided are based on estimates given by our manufacturer and courier partners. On our end, please rest assured we will do our best to ensure your items are delivered to you as promised. By placing your order, full payment will be made upfront. 

If your order contains both backorder and available items, your entire order will be shipped once the backorder item is received. If you wish to receive available items first, please place a separate order.


Payment methods

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal and Cash on Delivery in Metro Manila.

Cash on delivery

We offer complimentary Cash on Delivery (COD) services for our PH customers in Metro Manila! This is a risk-free payment method where you only pay upon receiving your items.

To use our COD service, please follow these steps: 

1. Add to cart. At the check-out page, select "COD" as your desired payment method and check out!

2. We will send you an email within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirming COD eligibility for your address and the price payable in PHP (based on the prevailing SGD:PHP exchange rate). Please respond to our email and confirm that we may proceed to ship your order. Please note that we will only proceed to ship your order when we receive your response to our email.Once your response has been received, we are unable to accommodate the cancellation of your order.

3. Get ready to receive your items! End-to-end tracking information will be provided by our courier partner. As delivery will take place on working days and our courier partner will typically require a signature before handing the parcel over, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel in person.

4. On delivery day, pay the agreed COD amount in full to our courier partner before opening your parcel.

5. We reserve the right to refuse further services to any customer who is unavailable or refuses to accept deliveries made on a COD basis, after more than 2 delivery attempts.
