As mentioned to you several times over email and by response to your Google review, we noted that the damage of your fabric was very likely caused by your having snagged it on a rough surface. The snags and tears were very obviously only on the bottom side of the swimsuit and would NOT have happened without friction, and you were unable or unwilling to answer our further questions on it or provide further insight as to why the damage happened. We state clearly in each product page on our website that in order to preserve the longevity of your swimsuit, rough surfaces should be avoided. This is a typical care instruction applying to swimwear fabric and super important for customers to take note of. Since you received the items in good condition and this damage occurred 5 months after, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange. We offered a discount purely out of goodwill.

Your review was pending as we wanted to come up with a response which was factual and responded to your allegations and untrue statements (further detailed in our email today). In the meantime, you have rather vexatiously left reviews on both Google and our website again. We have used this fabric for 1000+ swimsuits over multiple styles and have not received a similar complaint or faced a similar issue. We have several 5-star reviews on our website for the GIGI top and bottoms with the same fabric.
